CLUB STRUCTURE

The club has been in existence since 1978, currently has 130 members and is affiliated with the Confederation of Bushwalking Clubs of NSW.

The Club holds monthly General Meetings on the first Wednesday of the month commencing at 8pm at the Narara Neighbourhood Centre, 2-12 Pandala Road, Narara.

An AGM is held within the 3 months following the end of the Club's financial year (i.e. 1 July - 30 June) at which time a Management Committee is elected from the members. This Management Committee administers the Club using the Rules of the Association as the framework for its management.

COMMUNICATIONS

We publish a monthly newsletter Open Spaces, outlining forthcoming club events. The Club's activities are listed in an activity calendar in Open Spaces and an experienced leader for that particular activity will lead each trip and will advise you of the trip requirements.

EQUIPMENT

The Club has limited equipment which can be borrowed for activities that members wish to try before going out and buying specialist equipment.

LIBRARY

The Club has a vast library of books relating to the outdoors. Books can be borrowed by attending General Meetings.
